The refinance document review workflow depended on separate systems and manual tracking, making it difficult to scale verification as application volume increased. I led the design of a unified review architecture combining rule-driven validation, shared workflow state, and AI-assisted document processing, enabling conditional automation while keeping manual review reliable in a regulated lending environment.

Caribou Financial - Auto Refinance Conversion Redesign

Caribou's refinance flow was designed for desktop while the majority of users were on mobile. The experience had high friction, depended heavily on partner traffic, and lost users before they reached an offer. The redesign introduced phone authentication and third-party prefill to remove the largest drop-off points and rebuilt the flow as a mobile-first wizard.
